CHELSEA PEITZ
I don’t just teach you to create content. I teach you to build trust.
For nearly two decades, I've helped real estate, title insurance, and mortgage professionals become known, trusted, and chosen. Today, I help people navigate social media differently, by focusing less on things like viral moments on trends and a lot more on how brains actually work, on and offline.
Because when people trust you, everything else gets easier. That's how you build a personal brand that's sustainable, memorable, and completely un-copy-paste-able.
What happens when you stop following someone else’s formula?
Feeling and becoming known and trusted has less to do with creating content and more to do with creating the right context. The kind of context that helps people understand who you are, what you stand for, and what makes you uniquely you.
And that starts by giving yourself permission to show up differently.
-
Because trust isn't built through perfect content. It's built when people feel seen, understood, and connected to the person behind the screen.
-
Because sharing something from your head and heart with the world can feel incredibly vulnerable. But when you give yourself permission to stop trying to do social media the "right" way and start doing it your way, confidence starts to build.
-
Because there isn't one right way to build a personal brand. When your strategy is built around your strengths, showing up consistently becomes easier, more natural, and a LOT more sustainable.
-
Because the best opportunities often come from people who were paying attention long before they were ready to reach out. Your unique context can be exactly what helps turn strangers into familiar faces and future connections.

ABOUT MEMy work has never really been about social media. It's about human connection.
I’m Chelsea Peitz, and for nearly two decades, I've helped professionals build trust online without forcing themselves into someone else's formula.
Some people have called me a social media therapist. I don't know if I'd go that far, but I do spend a lot of time helping people untangle the fear, pressure, and outdated advice that make showing up online feel harder than it needs to be. For me, it’s about making sure that you know — always — that if you’re feeling awkward, overwhelmed, vulnerable, or like everyone else got the rulebook you somehow missed, you’re not alone.
And, most importantly, it’s making sure you know that the most powerful thing you can bring to the internet is the one thing nobody else can copy: you.

FOR ORGANIZATIONSCorporate Training & Consulting
Most organizations know social media matters. They just don't have someone internally who can teach it, coach it, and champion it consistently.
That's where I come in.As an embedded social media and personal branding expert, I partner with organizations as an extension of their team. That means working directly with employees through coaching, training, consulting, speaking, and ongoing support — helping them build trust in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and good for business.
